We carefully choose the highest quality ingredients such as New Zealand mussels, hand-made scamorza, oil from the best Kalamata olives and certified Scottish salmon.
Our Chef Marcin Jenczelewski is a big fan of bold combinations od flovours, colours and textures. He never compromises if it comes to the selection of the ingredients and always carefuly chooses the best ones, straight from the local suppliers, so that he can offer the highest quality to his Guests. Inspired by the books by Tomasz Keller and Eric Ripert. Previously the Head Chef at Papparote and Gościniec pod Zającem. He cooked for Dalajlama and Norman Davies.
