Stop by and experience our craft at Culinary Faculty housed in a nineteenth-century building in Uniwersytecki Square at the vibrant heart of Wrocław.

We carefully choose the highest quality ingredients such as New Zealand mussels, hand-made scamorza, oil from the best Kalamata olives and certified Scottish salmon.

Our Chef Marcin Jenczelewski is a big fan of bold combinations od flovours, colours and textures. He never compromises if it comes to the selection of the ingredients and always carefuly chooses the best ones, straight from the local suppliers, so that he can offer the highest quality to his Guests. Inspired by the books by Tomasz Keller and Eric Ripert. Previously the Head Chef at Papparote and Gościniec pod Zającem. He cooked for Dalajlama and Norman Davies.

Culinary Faculty boasts one of the largest wine lists in Wrocław. Discover labels from the Old Continent’s most popular regions of Spain and Italy and from the New World’s countries of Chile, Argentina and New Zealand. An experienced sommelier will help you choose the right wine to complement your dish. All this to invite you to join a discussion, play with flavours, but also ‒ as befits the name of the place ‒ to share knowledge about what you savour at our restaurant.

Won the IV place on Calver Sommelier Cup by Grand Chais de France 2017 and twice the II place and Audience Award on Sommelier Grand Prix in Wrocław. His speciality are the New World Wines. Previously associated with OK Wine Bar.

Calls himself a self-taught, as he achived everything he has by his own hard work. Today he is the right-hand man of our head chef Marcin Jenczelewski. Before, he cooked for five-stars hotels guests, among others, in Sofitel in Wrocław. According to Ireneusz, good cusine should be honest, fresh and have an intense flavour.

For her, Wydział Kulinarny is not only a job, but most of all, the oportunity to pursue her biggest interest – nutrition. She focuses on constant development – she is a student of Food Technology and Human Nutricion at the Wrocław Uniwersity of Enviromental and Life Sciences. Especially she loves… molecular cuisine, so the combination of cooking and experiments straight from the lab.
